A Message from Our CEO
Dear Valued Member of the Canopy Community,
I am thrilled to update you all that our compliance inspection led by the Program Advisor of the Developmental Services Compliance Unit Branch of the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) was completed on Feb 28 and was run for three days. There were no identified "non-compliance" and "recommendations". This means that we have successfully passed our compliance inspection without any concerns, and Canopy was found to be “In Compliance” with the Quality Assurance Measures (QAM) requirements and Policy Directive. This is the highest result one could receive from the MCCSS on the Compliance Inspection. We received many compliments on the work we do to deliver excellent client care to our people supported, caregivers, families, and community partners.
Canopy continues to work diligently to hold us accountable to deliver the highest standards of care to the people supported, families, caregivers, and community partners in the various wonderful communities we serve. We have incredibly talented human capital who deliver exceptional quality services. This achievement is another piece of evidence and a milestone to support and appreciate in recognition of our Mission to be “A Centre of Excellence”.
We truly appreciate your genuine trust in the services we provide.
