We encourage supported Individuals, their families, and members of the public to provide open and honest feedback about their experiences. Whether it’s a compliment, suggestion, or concern, all feedback helps us identify where we are succeeding and areas of improvement that may require more attention.
If you are submitting a complaint, please note that we will be in touch (if applicable) within 10 working days to ensure we properly address the concern.
